Judicial Greffier

The current Judicial Greffier will be vacating office at the end of July 2023 and a vacancy for that office will therefore arise.

The Judicial Greffe is responsible for the provision of administrative, secretarial and interlocutory support to the Island’s Courts and Tribunals.

We are seeking a Senior Jersey qualified lawyer with:

• wide general experience and an in depth knowledge of Jersey law, both substantive and procedural;
• substantial financial management and leadership experience gained over an extensive period of time;
• mature and balanced judgement with the ability to innovate whilst respecting traditional values.
