Code of Conduct
The general purpose of the Code of Conduct in force from time to time is to specify the standards of conduct on the part of members of the Law Society of Jersey which are appropriate in the interests of the profession and of justice. The Code of Conduct applies to all members whenever admitted to membership.
Breaches of the Code of Conduct may represent professional misconduct and may be subject to disciplinary action. A copy of the Code of Conduct can be viewed or downloaded here.

The Code of Conduct came into effect on 1 January 2017 and covers actions or behaviour occurring on or after this date.
