Law Society of Jersey - Code of Conduct

The Law Society of Jersey’s aim is ensure that its members, provide a high level of service and professionalism, at all times, to all those who engage their legal services.

Our aim is to always be accountable, respectful and transparent in our dealings, whether it be with its members or members of the public. The Law Society of Jersey will, at all times, act with honesty and integrity and ensure that our members do likewise.

The Law Society of Jersey takes any complaint made against one of its members seriously, investigates it fully and ensures that the appropriate disciplinary action is taken in cases where a member’s performance is found to have fallen short of The Law Society of Jersey’s standards.
