Maples and Calder wish to recruit Corporate/Commercial Associate for their Jersey office.
Applicants should have relevant experience in the areas of corporate, finance or investment funds law.
Applicants should ideally have at least 2 years' relevant post-qualification experience (up to a maximum of 8 years), preferably with a leading law firm in a major onshore or international jurisdiction.
