Conveyancer - Property Team - Viberts

Viberts is dedicated to providing outstanding legal advice and customer service. Due to the continued expansion of our busy property department, we are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join our Property Team.

 The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in dealing with clients;
• A professional approach and excellent communication skills;
• Extensive experience in Jersey property transactions, from small residential property transactions to multi-million-pound properties and large-scale residential developments;
• Experience of dealing with lenders and borrowers with regard to residential and commercial mortgages;
• A strong work ethic and be a team player;
• Numeracy and accuracy skills;
• Due to the nature of the Jersey property law, the candidate must be fluent in French.
