The team advises on employment law, together with a range of non-contentious and contentious matters across a broad spectrum of issues relevant to Jersey-based clients, including data protection, regulatory, competition and general commercial work.  It's an agile environment, where you'll need to be comfortable reacting to the unexpected and restructuring priorities.  Whether it’s a family business, an entrepreneurial start-up, or the Channel Islands arm of an international operation, our team provides the trusted advice needed in an ever-changing economy, enabling our clients to take advantage of opportunity, manage challenges and mitigate risk.
