This role would be suited to someone who is an experienced self-motivated administrator.
The successful candidate will provide timely and accurate administrative and secretarial support to the partner, fee-earners and other colleagues. Tasks will include taking telephone calls; managing calendars; photocopying and filing; ensuring due diligence is completed; preparing pleadings and bundles; arranging meetings and booking travel. You will be working in a friendly collaborative team.
- General administrative experience, ideally within the legal sector;
- Organisation, literacy and numeracy;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and able to learn other software packages;
- High standards of client care and professionalism.
