Officers

President - Advocate Nigel Sanders.  Nigel is a partner at Walkers, specialising in litigation, restructuring and insolvency.

Secretary - Advocate Edward Drummond.  Edward is a partner at Bedell Cristin, where he specialises in litigation.

Treasurer - Alex Ohlsson.  Alex is Managing Partner of Carey Olsen specialising in corporate and finance law.  Alex is also chair of the Financial and Commercial Law Sub Committee.

Development Officer - Advocate Simon Thomas.  Simon is responsible for professional development and is also chair of the Education and Legal Resources Sub Committee. He specialises in litigation and is a partner at Baker & Partners.

Advocate Eleanor Davies is a senior associate in Carey Olsen's dispute resolution and litigation team.

Advocate Rebecca McNulty is a partner at Ogier, where she specialises in commercial litigation and trust and property dispute resolution.

Advocate Carl Parslow is a partner at Parslows specialising in business law and litigation.

Bâtonnier - Advocate Mike Preston - Mike represents the Island’s Advocates and is formally the head of the Jersey Bar.  Mike is principal of Preston Legal and specialises in criminal law.
