Officers

President - Advocate Nigel Sanders.  Nigel is a partner at Walkers, specialising in litigation, restructuring and insolvency.

Secretary - Advocate Edward Drummond.  Edward is a partner at Bedell Cristin, where he specialises in litigation.

Treasurer - Alex Ohlsson.  Alex is Chairman of Carey Olsen, specialising in corporate and finance law.  Alex is also chair of the Financial and Commercial Law Sub-Committee.

Development Officer - Advocate Rebecca McNulty.  Rebecca is a partner at Ogier, where she specialises in commercial litigation and trust and property dispute resolution.  Rebecca chairs the Education and Legal Resources Sub-Committee.

Advocate Sam Malpass is a partner at Mourant Ozannes, within the finance and corporate practice in Jersey.

Advocate Eleanor Davies is a senior associate in Carey Olsen's dispute resolution and litigation team.  Eleanor also chairs the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Sub-Committee.

Advocate Charlotte Yates is a Senior Counsel in Walkers' Insolvency and Dispute Resolution team in Jersey.

Advocate Carl Parslow is a partner at Parslows, specialising in business law and litigation.

Bâtonnier - Advocate Mike Preston - Mike represents the Island’s Advocates and is formally the head of the Jersey Bar.  Mike is principal of Preston Legal and specialises in criminal law.
