Public Statement by the Law Society of Jersey: Andrew Philip Begg
Following a hearing before the Royal Court on 7-8 June 2022, Andrew Philip Begg was found to have committed certain breaches of the Law Society of Jersey Code of Conduct.
On 4 July 2022, the Royal Court ordered that Mr Begg’s name be removed from the roll of Advocates, pursuant to Article 26(6) of The Law Society of Jersey Law 2005.
The judgment of the Royal Court will be published in due course.
