Jersey Solicitor Struck Off from Roll of Solicitors

Jersey Solicitor Julie Harrigan has been struck off from the roll of Solicitors of the Royal Court.

The Royal Court's decision on 10 March 2022 followed Miss Harrigan's admission of professional misconduct under the provisions of The Law Society of Jersey Law 2005 and her subsequent conviction for fraudulent conversion on 15 November 2021, for which she was sentenced to three years' imprisonment.
