In preparation for the introduction of the new Sexual Offences (Jersey) Law 2018, a training event has been organised for criminal practitioners and other key parties from the criminal justice community.
The training will be delivered by Kate Bex QC of 18 Red Lion Court and Sarah Przybylska of 2 Hare Court.
Kate prosecuted the first FGM case and defended the second.
Sarah is currently monitoree Treasury Counsel and worked with Oliver Glasgow QC on the Independent Care Inquiry.
