Benest & Syvret have a vacancy for a qualified lawyer in their Litigation team.

Benest & Syvret are a Jersey law firm focused on delivering the highest level of client service.

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of their work including:

·         Sound knowledge of and experience of advising on contentious matters

·         Commonwealth or UK qualified Solicitor or Barrister/Equivalent with at least 2 years post-qualified experience

Benest & Syvret are looking for creative, solutions-focussed lawyers with the following mix of skills and experience:

·         Strong communication skills

·         A proactive approach to managing risks and identifying solutions

·         Strong interpersonal skills

·         Capability to create and support an inclusive working environment.

·         Reliable legal judgment and appreciation of legal risk.

·         Sound analysis, using sound legal research to produce timely and fit for purpose advice.

They are looking for a passionate individual who has extensive knowledge and experience of dispute resolution. The role involves advising and supporting in exercising functions with a focus on contentious matters including civil, commercial, and personal injury. Our firm has a strong reputation in the local community and beyond, with a loyal client base built over many years of providing clear, pragmatic advice and exceptional client care.
