About the role

We are growing our Private Wealth team and seek to add an Associate. You will work with and support more senior team members in order to meet clients’ needs.

The role of Associate will include:

·         Supporting the Partners and other senior lawyers on a range of complex trusts a private wealth matters for a range of UHNW and HNW individuals, as well as trust companies and trustees

·         Working on all aspects of non-contentious trusts and estates advice including the drafting of trusts, supplemental deeds.

·         Assisting with the creation of and advice on employee incentive and international pension and savings schemes

·         Understanding and advising on philanthropic structures, including charitable trusts and foundations.

·         Ability to maintain existing client relationships and continue to build on current relationships that attract future work

·         This position involves cross-functional collaboration and varied tasks

What you need

·         NQ to 3 years pqe in a similar role

·         Admitted to practice in E&W

·         Flexible mindset with a proven track record of navigating diverse challenges
