Senior Associate – Non-Contentious

Dickinson Gleeson is an award-winning law firm.  We are seeking an experienced skilled associate to work in our growing non-contentious team.  The non-contentious practice offers an unusual breadth of work of excellent calibre in the trusts, corporate and finance spheres.  Our partner-led, small team approach offers the opportunity for great experience and rapid advancement.  The successful candidate will have experience advising on all aspects of corporate and banking transactions including advising on corporate issues from incorporation, to merging, selling, re-domiciling and winding up and acting as transaction counsel in relation to securitisations and other structured finance transactions and on a wide range of corporate finance transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and disposals with cross-border elements. Funds experience would be a useful add-on. Other relevant non-contentious experience includes advising trustees, directors and others in relation private client structures involving trusts, companies and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have 5 – 7 years' relevant experience in Jersey and / or the UK but other levels of experience will be considered.  Strong academic and inter-personal skills are required, together with high attention to detail and an ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
