Registry Proceedings Officer
The Judicial Greffe wishes to recruit to the role of Registry Proceedings Officer in the Family Division. Applicants should be educated to at least A level standard and have excellent and accurate English skills. Education to degree level (or equivalent) is desirable. The post holder will assist the Registrars on all matters within the jurisdiction of the Family Division, including matters in relation to the Matrimonial Causes Law, Children Law, Civil Partnership Law, Adoption Law, Child Custody Law, Enforcement of Maintenance Laws, Gender Recognition Law, and all associated Rules and Practice Directions. At least five years’ experience in a legal environment is essential, including experience of working with senior level officers and members of the public.
