Voisin Law is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer with 3- 5 years PQE to join its busy Property Department.
This is a new and exciting opportunity to join a well-established property team.
The successful candidate will be required to provide support to the Head of Property, which shall include:
- All aspects of Share transfers & lease transactions for Jersey properties;
- Working independently to cover the Head of Property’s absences, in those above areas;
The successful candidate will ideally have a legal qualification (possibly being an English Solicitor) and will have practical experience in working in the property department of a Jersey Law Firm and have experience on advising on share sale transfers and leases over Jersey property.
Salary will be in line with market rate and commensurate with experience.
