Legal Assistant – Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated legal assistant with a strong academic background to join our busy Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team.
The successful candidate will work with a team of dedicated Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence lawyers and will advise the firm’s claimant clients on a wide range of matters including but not limited to:
- accident at work compensation claims;
- catastrophic injury claims;
- criminal injury claims;
- fatal accident claims;
- faulty product claims;
- holiday accident claims;
- medical negligence claims; and
- road traffic accident claims.
You will ideally have previous working experience in at least some of these fields and will be comfortable with managing a busy and varied caseload of matters.
