Legal Assistant, Banking & Finance

We are seeking a talented legal assistant to expand our Banking & Finance and Commercial Teams. As the oldest law firm in Jersey, we have well-established practices in the banking and finance areas of law based on our technical expertise and commercial awareness, which has earned us our first-class reputation in this sector and on which we have built significant relationships with long- standing local and international clients.

Whilst predominately based in the banking and finance team, the successful candidate will also assist with corporate and commercial matters. They will assist our fee earners to give our clients clear and focused advice and will be expected to work with the wider team on both small and large-scale transactions.
