The successful candidate will:

• be a fully qualified lawyer (Jersey or elsewhere).
• have excellent academics (minimum of 2:1 degree).
• demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant Jersey law in both principle and practice.
• have at least one year’s hands-on experience working in one or more of these areas: banking and finance, M&A, funds and insolvency law.
• demonstrate a professional approach and excellent communication skills.
• be able to deal sensitively and professionally with clients, providing accurate and timely advice.
