HR Manager
Role profile:
To manage an effective HR function that provides advice and best practice to ensure compliance with statutory, professional and legal requirements.
The successful candidate will provide support on HR issues at a strategic level to help drive positive cultural change within the firm. HR advisory skills as well as strong employee relations knowledge and understanding will be required to assist with key decisions.
This exciting role offers the opportunity to implement new initiatives and projects to help the firm develop into the next phase of its growth.
