Corporate/Funds Associate (Up to 6 years PQE)
Our Jersey office is seeking a Corporate or Funds lawyer to join our already highly successful legal practice, which combines extensive knowledge and experience of Jersey law with the in-depth strength of a global law firm.
The role represents an excellent opportunity to join our Jersey office and to make a significant contribution to our growing practice. The successful candidate will have exposure to some of the best offshore legal work in the market and will work as part of, and be supported by, a highly successful and collegiate team with key responsibilities in advising clients in a wide range of matters, working with a client base that focuses on international investment managers and sponsors, engaging in business development activities and working as part of a team sharing knowledge and experience by managing junior lawyers.
