Job Profile:
Fantastic opportunity for a corporate/commercial lawyer to join our lively and busy Corporate department. You will be dealing with mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance work, trust structures, insolvency, corporate restructuring and funds.
The successful candidate will work closely with the partners and other team members, be hardworking, commercially astute and have a client-focused attitude.
It is a varied and exciting role for an ambitious qualified lawyer with up to 2 years’ relevant experience.
