Associate - International Private Client and Trusts - Collas Crill
Collas Crill's Jersey office is looking to recruit an Associate to join their award winning International Private Client and Trusts team. As a part of this growing, successful department, you will be mentored by a well-renowned Head of Department, building your experience and expertise by working with the senior fee earners across the team.
You will be providing advice to clients on the technical aspects of a wide range of private client matters, in particular in relation to the use, creation and administration of trusts. Strategic in your approach, you will guide clients on the particular matter that you are advising on, meeting their needs and responding to changing requirements. There will be a focus on business development, as you work closely with the team to build relationships with clients and actively promote the firm's profile.
It is essential that candidates are Jersey qualified Advocates or Solicitors with 1-3 years' post qualification experience in Jersey. You will have extensive knowledge of offshore trusts and foundations, and wills and probate experience.
