Associate – Corporate

An environment that makes people feel valued and happy doesn’t just help to get the best work out of them - it sparks big ideas, enables new thinking and creates a collaborative environment.  That's why we've worked hard to create an open culture, where everyone's voice is heard and where we are always looking for the next big thing to make Ogier the best place to work.

Our Corporate team are recognised as market leaders, providing advice from our core offices around the globe and we are looking to grow our team as our expertise and market-leading strategy continues to be acknowledged. We are seeking a talented associate, who is able to deliver excellent client service and support senior fee earners with the delivery of technically sound legal advice directly to clients.  As an associate, you will also be responsible for managing your own financial responsibilities including time recording, billing, WIP and debt, ensuring clients are fully informed as to the fees and disbursements that will be incurred on each matter and provide updates as required, engaging appropriate cash collection procedures to ensure fees are collected in a timely manner.

We are looking for a qualified lawyer from a relevant law firm environment, and with a strong corporate background. We want someone with a proven track record of being technically brilliant, who can build relationships and who is excited by becoming a key part of our future, in our innovative, inclusive environment. If this sounds like you, then apply via our website.
