Associate, Corporate & Commercial
We are seeking a qualified lawyer of up to 3 years’ PQE to join our Corporate & Commercial Team. As the oldest law firm in Jersey, we have well-established practices in the corporate and commercial areas of law, advising institutional and private clients as well as professional intermediaries.
The successful candidate will give our clients clear and focused advice and will be expected to both lead the management of files and work with the wider team on larger-scale transactions. The candidate will also play a material role in our business- development activities. The successful candidate will need to bring excellent technical skill and knowledge, good communication skills and a strong teamwork ethic.
