We presently have a position for a corporate and commercial associate with two to five years PQE, ideally in Jersey or England and Wales. However, we are a multi-jurisdiction law firm that will respect and consider applications from people qualified in other jurisdictions.
You will be expected to work independently to run matters, as well as working as part of a team on larger transactions. You will also be required to assist with business development and marketing.
Responsibilities:
The successful applicant must be able to deal with general corporate, commercial and finance and banking transactions. You will also be likely to assist with matters across our investment funds and private client departments, with relevant assistance and training being provided as necessary.
Requirements:
Ideally, you will have an excellent academic record and be qualified in England and Wales or Jersey.
We expect excellent written and verbal communication skills, good presentation and a desire to work hard and be rewarded for your efforts.
