Associate – Contentious Trusts

Collas Crill's Jersey office is looking to recruit an Associate to join their Dispute Resolution team, specifically focusing on contentious trusts disputes and semi-contentious court applications. As a part of this growing, successful department, you will be mentored by a well-renowned Partner, building your experience and expertise by working with the senior fee earners across the team.

Strategic in your approach, you will guide clients on the particular matter that you are advising on, meeting their needs and responding to changing requirements. There will be a focus on business development, as you work closely with the team to build relationships with clients and actively promote the firm's profile.
