Legal Aid In Jersey

In order that you may apply for Legal Aid, please find attached Legal Aid application forms in PDF format, (which must be completed in full (handwritten and capitals would be helpful) signed and dated) together with a conflict form to be completed and an information sheet on Legal Aid, which should be read before applying.

If you would like to collect a hard copy of these forms, you may do so by attending the Legal Aid office currently situated at Ogier, Whiteley Chambers, Don street, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 9WG (just past Le Lievres) any time between 9am and 5.30pm.

If you would like to forward these completed forms by fax (01534 504030) or post (address above) these will then be passed to the Acting Bātonnier for review and consideration and we will revert to you shortly thereafter.

Please also attach any other relevant papers. Please also note if any of the questions are unanswered, this may result in a delay as your forms will be returned to you for completion.
